# Trading Terminal

The terminal connects HoloScope intelligence directly to execution and portfolio tracking.

## Workflow

1. Sign in and receive an embedded Solana wallet.
2. Deposit USDC and keep at least 0.001 SOL in the same wallet for network fees.
3. Discover a listing and inspect its market evidence.
4. Buy, bid, or create an order from the same screen.
5. Track positions, cost basis, fees, and PnL.

## Trading tools

* Direct buy and sell controls on Collector Crypt, Phygitals, and Beezie.
* [Limit orders, bids, and auto-bids](/holoscope/product/orders-and-bids.md).
* [HyperScope](/holoscope/product/hyperscope.md) one-click buys and sniper orders.
* [Listing, repricing, and auto-decline](/holoscope/product/inventory.md) for your own cards.
* Positions, orders, fees, and history.
* Realized and unrealized PnL.
* Shareable PnL cards.
* Alerts that can buy for you within your limits.

Nothing buys automatically unless you switch it on and set a limit.

Confirmed card trading volume also earns [Holo Points](/holoscope/product/giveaways.md): **1 point for every $1 traded** through HoloScope.

## Quotes

Before a trade you get a quote showing what you pay or receive, including the HoloScope fee and any marketplace fee. The quote lasts about 15 seconds. If it expires, get a fresh one. Prices move and cards sell, so a listing can be gone by the time you confirm.

## Footer and notifications

The footer keeps your scanner, inventory, alerts, wallet, orders, and bids one click away, along with the feed status. On a phone it becomes a tab bar.

The bell in the header is your account feed. It covers purchases, sales, listings, price edits, cancellations, failures, refunds, balance increases, and alert matches, and you can filter it.

## Make it yours

Pick a built-in appearance theme from the footer, or save your own. You can edit colours for the app, charts, eras, graders, and rarity, then import or export a theme. Your theme is saved in your browser.

Foil cards show a shine built from their own photo, and a purchase plays an effect that matches the card's Pokemon type.

## Connected markets

HoloScope is a terminal, not a marketplace. Collector Crypt, Phygitals, and Beezie are connected today. Courtyard and other major collectible markets will follow through the same interface.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://holoscope-trade.gitbook.io/holoscope/product/trading-terminal.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
